Duration: 5 Days/4 Nights
01 Day: Arrive at Delhi
Meeting & assistance at the airport & transfer to Hotel. On arrival at hotel, traditional
Indian welcome with welcome drink. Check in your room & rest of the day free to rest.
Overnight at Hotel.
02 Day: Karauli
After breakfast, transfer to railway station to connect train at 0755 hrs. for Karauli. On
arrival Gangapur City Railway Station at 1220 hrs. meeting & assistance at station & Transfer by
Car/ Jeep to Bhanwar Vilas Palace. On way to Palace, precession from some central place on
camels, hores and camel carts.
On arrival at hotel, Royal Welcome with Dhol, Nagara, Aarti, Tikka, Garlanding with loud
announcement of arrival of the couple & guests then they will be taken under a Royal
Chattar (Umbrella) and Chanvar (Hand Fan) to the seating venue with Dhol & Nagara where
Welcome Drinks (Fruit Punch) will be served. Check into rooms. After lunch, day free for
relaxation or shopping.
In the evening ring exchange Ceremony and private Dining in the back Lawns of hotel with Folk
Dances and Fireworks. Overnight at Palace hotel.
03 Day:Karauli
After breakfast rehearsals for the Mehandi Raat and Sangeet Party.
After lunch at hotel bride will spend some time with the beautician for her make up for the
evening. Other members may either go for sightseeing or additional shopping for the bride
& groom.
In the evening Mehandi ceremony & Sangeet party at hotel with Theme Gala Dinner & Fireworks.
Overnight at Palace hotel.
04 Day: New Delhi or Udaipur or Jaipur Karauli
Today is the great day of wedding. After breakfast at hotel, will get ready for the evening
rehearsals. After early lunch, time to prepare for the wedding.
The bride and groom will spend some time with the beautician.
In the evening groom party will proceed to marriage venue with traditional procession of
marriage bands, decorated Elephant, Horses, Camels, Buggies and Men with Bhalas,
Mashals (Oil Torches).
Reception of Groom Party at the venue gate with the sound of Counch, Nagara & bugles.
There will be Toran ceremony at the gate where the bride side will present Milni Malas [ garlands]
(Rose/Jasmine) to the Groom's family members. Thereafter proceed to the Central
Choupar (Square) where the bride & groom will exchange garlands & the ritual would take
place. Ceremony will be purely as per Vedic/Hindu rites.
Theme Gala Dinner with culture programme & fireworks during marriage ceremony.
After marriage a Royal See Off to the couple to their decorated honeymoon suite.
05 Day: New Delhi or Udaipur or Jaipur
Breakfast in time at hotel. Thereafter transfer to station to connect train at 1400 hrs.
for New Delhi or you may leave for Agra or Jaipur. Both places are 180 kms from Hotel
Bhanwar Vilas Palace
