Duration: 4 Days/3 Nights

01 Day: Arrive at Delhi
Meeting & assistance at the airport & transfer to Hotel. On arrival at hotel, traditional Indian welcome with welcome drink. Check-in in your room thereafter the entries marriage Programme will be briefed & rest of the day free. Over night at hotel.

02 Day: Karauli
After breakfast transfer to New Delhi Railway station to board train at 0755 hrs. for Karauli.On arrival at Gangapur City Railway station at 1220 hrs. meeting & assistance & transfer by Car/Jeep to hanwar Vilas Palace. On way to hotel, procession from a central place with Camel, Horses and Camel Carts.

On arrival at hotel, Royal Welcome in the traditional style with musical instruments such as Dhol & Nagara, Aarti, Tikka, garlanding and then they will be taken under a Royal Chattar (Umbrella) and Chanvar (Hand Fan) to seating venue with Dhol & Nagara where Welcome Drinks (Fruit Punch) will be served and the couple would be briefed about the Mehndi and Ring Exchange ceremony for the evening. The remaining day at leisure or the Groom may go out for shopping for his bride.

Evening Ring Exchange & Mehandi Ceremony and private Dining in the Lawns of hotel with Folk Dance, Music and Fireworks. Dinner for couple only and light refreshments for 8 to 10 ladies attending the ceremony. Overnight at hotel.

03 Day:Karauli
Breakfast will be served in the room. Today is the day of wedding. After breakfast the Bride& Groom will get ready for the evening rehearsals. After early lunch, the bride and groom will spend some time with the beautician & prepare for the wedding.

Evening groom party consisting local invitees of around 20 to 25 person will proceed tomarriage venue with traditional procession of marriage Bands, Horses, Camels, Camels, Camel Carts and Men with decorated Elephant, Bhalas, Mashals (Oil Torches).

Reception of Groom Party at the venue gate with the sound of Counch, Nagara & bugles.Thereafter proceed to the Central Chaupar (Square) where the bride & groom will exchange Garlands & the ritual will take place. Ceremony will be purely as per Hindu rites.

After wedding the Cake Cutting Event with Toast followed by Wedding Reception and Dinner with Cultural programme and Fireworks.After dinner a Royal See Off to the couple to their decorated honeymoon suite.

04 Day: New Delhi or Udaipur or Jaipur
After lavish breakfast and traditional drink, check out. Thereafter transfer to station to board a connect train at 1400 hrs. for New Delhi or you may leave for Agra or Jaipur. Both places are 180 kms.from Bhanwar Vilas Palace Hotel.
